Configuration:
– 2 automatic collating-tower VAC-60Ha + VAC-60Hc, each with 6 high-pile-stations
(130 mm load-height), total = 12 stations, 2 air-pumps.
– SA-40= sub accumulator + transfer-bridge to ST-40
– ST-40= Stacker + pile-delivery when only collating. Transfer to fold-station ACF-30.
– ACF-30= fold-station (jogging, collating, grooving, plough-fold-system).
– SPF-30, stitching-station.
– 2x standard stitching-heads HOHNER-Universal 43/6-S
– center-control with color-display and Touch&Work system
– transfer-delivery to trimmer and reject of failed products
– HTS-30-S= 3-knife-trimmer.
